• Conversation Data: The text of the messages, inquiries, and queries you send directly to our chatbot.
• Public Profile Details: Basic public information provided by Meta Graph API (such as your first name, last name, and profile picture link).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific and limited business purposes:

• To understand your inquiries and provide relevant information about our app and web development services.
• To generate custom pricing quotes and project estimates using our automated AI tools.
• To notify our development team (Immy) on Telegram when a user requests manual assistance, enabling a smooth handoff.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the conversational experience of the Messenger Bot.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver our chatbot service, we securely transfer message contents to the following processors:

• Google Gemini API: We utilize Google's Gemini models to process and generate conversational responses.
• Telegram Bot API: We forward notifications to our internal administrative chat on Telegram to enable human takeover.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain conversation transcripts temporarily to troubleshoot bugs and improve bot accuracy. If you would like us to delete your Page-Scoped User ID and chat history from our database or server logs, you may submit a request to us at any time.
